‘Aerobic Capacity’ doesn’t build over night. You need to work on it consistently. We work on it every single day. We recommend you to choose a distance on any Concept2 machine and start adding meters every now or than. We don’t want you to follow anyone. Just focus on your own fitness level. Homo Sapiens We should be moving everyday like our ancestors. It’s very hard though to be like them in the world we’re living in. Nonetheless, doing fitness two to three times a week won’t harm anyone.
There is no better test you can get for your health than fasting insulin…
